Classic Italian Salad
1 (16 ounce) can each: chick peas, black olives, artichoke hearts (not marinated), Italian flat beans (or french-style) 1 (8 ounce) jar pimentos 1 medium cucumber, pared and sliced thin Dill, to taste Oregano, to taste 1 (16 ounce) bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
Drain chick peas, olives, artichoke hearts, beans and pimentos. Add to a medium sized bowl. Add cucumber and salad dressing. Season with dill and oregano to taste.
Can serve at room temperature or chilled.
**NOTE: can add jarred pepperoncini and red pepper flakes for a kick.
