Outstanding! *Needed a bit more flour Onion Rye Bread 2/3 c. milk 2/3 c. finely chopped onion 1 egg 1/4 c. butter, cut up 1 T. water 1 3/4 c. bread flour 1 1/4 c. rye flour 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 1 T. anise seeds 1 T. caraway seeds 1 t. salt 2 1/2 t. yeast Add according to bread machine directions using dough cycle. Grease a loaf pan and add the dough (shape into a loaf). Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Bake 375ยบ FOR 30 To 35 minutes, until bread sounds hollow when tapped.
