steak (i use a thin cut)
soya sauce
chopped garlic
olive oil
butter
my sweet friend shared this recipe with me years ago and i still love it today. dont have measurements, i just go with it lol
chopp steak in to small piece. put in to zip lock bag with enuff soya sauce to cover steak. Marinade meat for bout 20 mins. longer if its a bigger thicker piece of steak. in a big pan on med-high heat, heat butter and oil. once hot add meat and fry till brown. remove meat from pan and quickly brown garlic. dont let garlic brown as this makes it taste nasty. pour oil mix on top of steak and serve.
great over rice!
