4 nice sized pork chops 1/4 c flour 3 tsps. salt 1/8 tsp pepper 2 tbls. crisco 2 tbls. mustard 1 lb. brown sugar 1 tbls. cornstarch 1 c burgundy wine 1 c crushed pineapple
1.Dredge chops with combined flour, salt, and pepper. Melt crisco in heavy skillet. Add chops, and slowly brown both sides. 2. Transfer to a med. size casserole. Mix the mustard, b. sugar, and cornstarch together in a skillet. Add wine, and pineapple. Heat to boiling, and pour over chops. Bake @350 for 1 hr., or until tender.
