Grilled Chicago Fire Italian Sausage Sandwiches
5 - Hot Italian Sausages
5 - hot dog buns, (large)
5 - Tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
5 - Tablespoon onion, chopped
5 - Tablespoon pickle relish
10 - tomato wedges
Jalapeno peppers, chopped
Directions
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Place sausage on grill rack and cook according to package directions.
Place buns on grill rack for 1 minute or until slightly heated.
Place sausages in buns, top each with equal amounts of mustard, onion, relish, tomato wedges and Jalapeno peppers.
(You can make this in a large skillet over medium high heat, if desired.)
