Chicken, Broccoli & Stuffing Casserole ~Base~ 3 cups cooked chicken, diced 3 cups fresh steamed or frozen cooked broccoli, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth 1-1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves 1/4 tsp pepper ~Topping~ 6 cups herb or chicken flavored dried stuffing mix, like Stove Top 1 can (14 3/4-ounce) low sodium chicken broth 1/3 cup butter 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all filling ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Place stuffing mix in large bowl. Combine 1 can chicken broth and butter in 1-quart saucepan. Cook on high until mixture comes to a boil. Pour broth mixture over stuffing. Toss with fork until stuffing mix is moistened. Spoon over chicken filling. Cover with foil or lid and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is bubbly. Sprinkle top with cheese and let stand until cheese melts.
