Real Cubans do not have mushrooms ~ this recipe came from a Cuban site in Miami and they are excellent!!! I even made Cuban bread and Cuban pork roast ;D

I just remember that when we were at Marley's in Wisconsin dells, I wanted the Cuban and it had a veggie mixture with mushrooms. I thought it odd too!
