I bought a big tub of plain yogurt (no small ones that day) and I have a ton leftover. I'd like to use it up before it goes bad so if you have a favorite recipe that just happens to use plain yogurt please post it here! Thanks! ;D

Oh I'll be watching this! Stupid me bought this when I made the pizza dough bread, I have no idea why. I guess I thought it had it in the ingredient list.

Yogurt Salad Dressing
8 ounces plain yogurt, fat-free 1/4 cup mayonnaise, fat-free 2 tablespoons chives, dried 2 tablespoons dill, dried 2 tablespoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients in bowl and refrigerate, covered.

Fruit Slush
3 cups frozen fruit (such as frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or melon) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup fat-free milk or nonfat plain yogurt Sweetener as needed: about 1-3 tablespoons sugar or the equivalent in artificial sweetener
DIRECTIONS: Blend first three ingredients until smooth. Sweeten to taste.

1 8oz. can cream mushroom soup 1 8oz. can cream chicken 1 3oz. can diced green chillies 1 large onion diced 1 tbs. diced garlic 1 tbs. oregano 1/8 tsp. black pepper 3 1/2 cups plain yogurt 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced 1 8oz. can sliced black olives 1 6oz. jar sliced green olives 2 cups pepper cheese, grated 2 cups sharp chedder cheese, grated Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Set aside 1cup yogurt for topping. In a large mixing bowl combine the first 8 ingredients and mix well. Stir in diced chicken and mushrooms and set aside. With tortillas warmed to room temperature, slice into long strips.
Lightly grease 12x12 baking pan. Layer tortilla stips on bottom of pan, slightly overlapping. Spread layer of batter on top of tortilla strips allowing one inch of space around the sides of the pan. Repeat layering until you run out of tortillas or room in your pan ending last layer of only tortillas (no batter on very top) place in oven for 35-40 minutes.
Remove and top with grated pepper and chedder cheese add sliced green and black olives place back into oven heating for another 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Let set for 15 minutes. Slice and serve topped with a spoon full of plain yogurt.

Baked Chicken Breast with Herbs
cooking spray 4 skinless chicken breast halves, with bone 4 oz. plain yogurt 1 cup flavored breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. fresh italian parsley, chopped fine 1/4 cup grated romano cheese 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper 1 tsp. salt Directions Preheat oven to 375. Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper and place mixture on a small plate; set aside. Spoon yogurt into a small bowl. Rub each chicken breast half well with yogurt. Roll chicken in breadcrumbs to evenly coat. Place in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake approximately 35 minutes (time may vary according to your oven), turning once. Serve with roasted potatoes and fresh spinach.

Yogurt Marinated Chicken Pitas
plain yogurt, divided cloves garlic, minced salt pepper medium onion, vertically sliced chicken tenders pocket pita breads, halved large romaine lettuce leaves, halved medium tomato, sliced thinly sliced cucumbers
Reserve 2 Tbs. yogurt. Mix remaining yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper in large zip top bag. Add onion and chicken to bag. Squeezing gently to combine. Refrigerate 2 hours to overnight. Prepare broiler to high. Place chicken and onions on foil-lined broiler pan. Broil approx 15 minutes turning once until chicken is done. Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf. Divide chicken and onion among pitas. Garnish with tomato, cucumber and reserved yogurt.
