Mom used to make these for us to take to school parties..........Our favorite.
Pineapple Drop Cookies
2/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained well
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained well and chopped
1 cup chopped nuts
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Add pineapple, cherries and nuts. Sift flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 375* for 10-15 minutes.
