bee, is the recipe for that awesome meatball pizza posted on here somewhere? TIA LMK NO, because it was too long to post but if you make any of the dough recipes in this thread and then rub olive oil on the crust, add 1-1/2 to 2 cups of provolone or mozzarella next, add the meatballs, then add sauteed red bell peppers mixed with pizza sauce and if you want some more cheese. Bake.......Pretty simple. I also think Bean has a meatball pizza recipe. Maybe she will post it.

I love your PIZZA Belinda! ;D In this pic, I used Boboli, but do make my own doughs too. Just do what ever you want. I came up with this after having it at a little place back in Fredericksburg, VA. Meatball Pizza Your favorite pizza dough (or ready made crust- Boboli) Marinara sauce Mozzarella, shredded Ricotta cheese Fresh basil leaves Tomatoes Black olives Pepper rings Meatballs - I make my meatballs & then flatten them before browning, this way they stay on the pizza Bake as you would with any homemade pizza.

I was wondering if you can make a pizza, fixins, and all, and put in the fridge overnight? I have to have 2 made by tomorrow afternoon. Was just wondering if this would work? TIA!

Do you mean fix it but not bake it until tomorrow? I have never done that.
When we have pizza parties or I need to make more than one, I pre-make the dough and then go from there. You can make the dough and fridge it, room temp and then make OR make the dough, pre-bake (5 or so minutes depending the thickness of the dough) , when cool cover with foil and then make when you need it.
