THE NAKED CHEF'S PIZZA DOUGH 1 package active dry yeast 2 tsp honey 1 cup warm water (105-110*) 1 TBS plus 1 tsp olive oil 3 cups flour 2 tsp salt In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes, until foamy. Stir in 1 TBS olive oil. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and stir to form dough. Turn out on well floured surface. Knead 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour, until doubled in size.
