Bacon Pilaf Rice
3 cup of already cooked rice
8 slices of bacon
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped celery branch
1 finely chopped carrot
1 diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup of butter Instructions Fry the bacon until soft, before it becomes crispy. Slice the bacon in about half inches slices. Saute the vegetables in the butter over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes or until soft. Stir in the rice and bacon. Serve.
