This was delish! I did cut the recipe back for us and will up the crushed red pepper next time. Chicken Morocco 2 lb. chicken pieces Moroccan Lemon Marinade 2 T. lemon zest 1 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. honey 2 t. cilantro 2 t. cumin 2 t. paprika 1 t. crushed red pepper 1 t. salt 1/4 c. finely minced ginger 8 cloves garlic, pressed 1 c. mixed chopped cilantro, mint and parsley Mix the marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
