Stuffed Turkey Roll-Ups
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
2 jars roasted turkey gravy **see note
1 pound sliced deli smoked turkey
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
Spoon about 1/4 cup stuffing onto each turkey slice. Roll up and place, seam side down, in a lightly greased baking dish. Pour gravy over roll-ups.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
**NOTE: I have made this recipe with canned cream of chicken soup diluted with about 3/4 cups of milk.
