This sounds like something Bean would like! 6 fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 12 slices bacon DIRECTIONS Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Spread cream cheese to fill jalapeno halves. Wrap with bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Place on the grill, and cook until bacon is crispy.

Your welcome! WOW cool site! That pepper filler would be perfect. I've had troubles stuffing them before. Messy! That thing would work great for that!

Mine is like the top left one (chile pepper handles), but mine is green. They used to come in many different colors, but I didn't see that on the site.

I bought some peppers yesterday and they were so deep green and shiny and NO HEAT AT ALL. I even put them on the pizza last night with the seeds and membranes still intact and NADA. I had to actually put red pepper flakes all over my slices just for some heat - LOL. Maybe I have an immunity to them

LOL I made poppers lat night and the heat was medium.

Our neighbor behind us says, if the peppers have stretch marks, there HOT. He's 100% mexican LMK OK too funny, they have been left on the vine too long in high heat with stretch marks and don't make good for filling. Really, you don't have to be Mexican to know that. Peace. Also, they "say" the smaller the pepper the hotter, not in all cases. Point being all sizes have different levels of heat, especially in jalapenos. From an Italian
