The Guadalajara Burger
1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1 pound ground round Cooking spray 4 (2-ounce) Kaiser rolls 1 1/3 cups Tequila Spiked Salsa (recipe follows)
Prepare grill.
Combine chile powder, salt, and beef. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each portion into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
Place patties on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until done. Place rolls, cut sides down, on grill rack; grill 1 minute or until toasted. Place 1 patty on bottom half of each roll; top each serving with 1/3 cup Tequila Spiked Salsa and top half of roll.

Tequila Spiked Salsa
2 cups chopped seeded tomato 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/3 cup chopped peeled avocado 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 teaspoons tequila 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 2 garlic cloves, minced
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently.
