This is SO good and DD’s favorite. I use cheft’s Garlic & Herb Vinaigrette dressing (also great for salads).
Pasta Salad My Way
1 recipe for Garlic & Herb Vinaigrette (posted below) 1 box pasta, any shape, cooked and rinsed with cold water 1 package feta cheese (plain or flavored) 1 to 2 tomatoes, diced (or 1 can, drained) 1 can sliced black olives
Mix with the dressing (vinaigrette) and put in fridge for a couple hours for flavors to blend.
Cheft’s Garlic & Herb Vinaigrette
1/3 c. olive oil 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 1/2 t. salt 1 T. Dijon mustard 1 t. dried dill weed 1 t. dried parsley 1 clove garlic, pressed (I use 3) 1/4 t. pepper 1/2 t. sugar
Place all ingredients into a covered jar and shake very well. Store in fridge for up to 1 week. Shake very well before serving.

My plan is to get it made in the morning for DD and she can pig out before her teeth are yanked Friday.
