4 grilled chicken breasts 3 cups wild rice, cooked 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped green onion 1 cup red grapes, sliced pepper lemon juice 2 cups mayo 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
Grill chicken and cook. Cut into bite sized pieces. Put in large bowl and add rice, grapes, pepper, lemon juice and mayo. Mix. Cover and refridgerate for atleast 3 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce with a muffin and fruit.
