Peanut Sesame Noodles ;D
1 lb. linguine or lo mein noodles ¾ C. smooth peanut butter 1/3 c. chicken broth 1/3 c. water ¼ rice vinegar 2 T. soy sauce 2 T. sugar 2 t. asian dark sesame oil 2 t. peeled ginger, finely chopped ½ t. garlic powder ½ t. red pepper flakes 3 T. sesame seeds 2 scallions, trimmed and sliced diagonally
Cook linguine. Drain. Plunge into ice bath and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and scallions into a saucepan. Whisk to combine and cook on medium -high heat for about 10 minutes or until thickened. toast sesame seeds in a nonstick skillet. Drain the noodles and toss with half the dressing. Let sit for a few minutes to soak it up. Add the remaining dressing and sesame seeds. Top with scallions and serve cold.

OMG, this sounds better than the boxed stuff I find in the Asian isle. I was wondering why there are question marks by the chicken broth and water?
Can ya help me out Sam?

I thought it was because I was half asleep as i typed but when I actually saw it I realized that the 1/3 on my special character's didn't work right.
