Not sure how close this is to the "real" KFC but this recipe is very good. Bette posted this at Jacks.
KFC COLE SLAW 8 cups Cabbage (finely chopped, about 1 head) I use the food processor 1/4 cup Carrot (shredded) I use the food processor 4 TBSP Onion (minced) 1/3 cup Granulated White Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper 1/4 cup Milk 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 cup Buttermilk 1-1/2 TBSP White Vinegar 2-1/2 TBSP Lemon Juice 4 TBSP Creamy Horseradish Sauce Be sure the cabbage and carrots are chopped into very fine pieces (about the size of rice). Combine sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Add cabbage, carrots and onion, and mix well. Stir in the horseradish sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Drain well if kept overnight.

Here is the clone KFC recipe I use. KFC Coleslaw 8 Cups Cabbage, very fine chop 1 3/8 Cups Milk 1/4 Cup Carrot, shredded 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar 1/4 Cup Buttermilk 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 1/2 Tablespoons White Vinegar 1/8 Tsp Pepper 2 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Mix milk, mayonnaise, sugar, buttermilk, salt and lemon juice and beat until smooth. Add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. The critical part of this coleslaw recipe is the flavor-enhancement period prior to eating. Be absolutely certain that the coleslaw sits in the refrigerator for a couple hours before serving this great tasting slaw.

Here is another (NOT T&T by me), but gets great reviews and says it is the "real deal". I may try it out.
KFC Cole Slaw (the Real one)
Recipe By:Dixie--Kansas @ Recipe Link
1 head cabbage, shredded or 1 bag of slaw mix 2 medium carrots, peeled/chop very fine 1/4 medium onion, chopped very fine
Sauce: 1 cup salad dressing base, Miracle Whip 1 cup sugar, yes, 1 cup 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar
Mix together and pour over cabbage mix. Let it sit for a few hours before eating and I guarantee it is the exact same as KFC.
