African Fruit Salad Ingredients:
1 Papaya about 1 pound
2-1 pound Mangos
1-3 pound Pineapple
2 large Bananas Directions:
Take the papaya, clean out the seeds, and peel the halves. Cut into small pieces and put into a large bowl. Now, peel your mangos and hold over your bowl that your papaya is in while cleaning off as much of the pulp as you can. This way you catch the juices. Throw away the pit. Now, mix up your mangos with the papaya. Next, take your pineapple and cut off the top and bottom. Then stand up the pineapple and slice down the sides removing the skin all around. Cut out any bad spots you see. Cut into chunks over your bowl so you catch the juice. Add it to your other fruit, while you cut it up. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator to chill. Take the banana and slice it into your fruit salad just before serving as not to make it mushy.
