Jalapeno Cocktail Pie
3 to 4 jalapeno peppers - seeded and chopped
16 ounces sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
6 eggs, beaten
salt & pepper to taste
Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9" pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over cheese. Bake at 350ยบ for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cool and cut into 1" squares.
