This is how my friend in CA made hers. So VERY addicting! ;D
Cheese Dip
1 block Velveeta cheese 1 (4 ounce) jar Pimentos, undrained **1/4 c. Evaporated milk (fat free half & half works too) *4 to 5 Fresh Jalapenos -stems removed & chopped in mini chopper (more or less jalapenos to taste) Dash of black pepper
Mix all in mini crockpot & heat on low for 1 hour. Serve w/ tortilla chips. This is very addicting!
*I chop whole jalapenos, seeds and all (minus the stem).
** If too thick…add more. You can also nuke this.
