Bee's Kraut & Pork/Kielbasi
All I do is take the bagged kraut you find in the meat department and dump in a roaster pan. Add kielbasi and/or pork chops, some dark beer to add moisture, sprinkle in caraway seeds and brown sugar on top. I love mine dark and sweet so I bake it a long time.
Bake on 350 degrees at least an hour or to you liking.
Also, during the last few minutes of baking I sometimes make bisquick batter for the dropped biscuits and drop on top (like dumplings) and let them cook up. Excellent!!!
