1 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin 1/4 c Salsa 6 to 8 (10 in) Tortillas 1 Vidalia onion, minced finely 1 c finely chopped prosciutto 2 c julienned cut spinach 24 thin slices of turkey
1.Mix together cream cheese, cumin,salsa,onion,prosciutto,spinach,and turkey. Spread onto each tortilla, roll up and refridgerate for a few hours. Cut into slices, and serve.
