Caribbean Queen's Crockpot Swedish Meatballs
1-1/2 lb. ground beef ¼ lb. Jimmy Dean sausage ¼ cup ketchup 1 T. dry mustard 1 T. soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. pepper
Sauce: 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream 1 dash Tabasco sauce ¼ cup milk
Bake meatballs at 375 for 15 minutes or until done. Combine with sauce and cook in crockpot on high for 30 to 45 minutes

We loved them too! I added cruched red pepper and used the full lb. of sausage. I topped them with sliced green onion too.

Bean, that looks so good. Thanks for posting your picture, mine looked sorta dried out because the camera acted up and took forever to turn on - LOL.
