The new Salad Spritzer Balsamic Breeze works excellent on this! I grill the asparagus (tossed with olive oil & sprinkled with the salt & pepper). Balsamic Asparagus 30 asparagus spears, trimmed Cooking spray 1/3 t. kosher salt 1/3 t. fresh ground black pepper 3 T. butter 1 T. soy sauce 1 T. balsamic vinegar Melt butter in a small skillet over low-medium heat for about 2 minutes until its lightly browned, shaking pan occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in soy sauce and vinegar. Drizzle over the asparagus, tossing well to coat. Ready to serve.
