OMG does that sound good! We have our montly dinner night with my friends Tuesday night. I'm making the summer stuffed chicken that I've got posted under poultry, rice as a side, garlic crescents and was going to just have salad. But, this sounds fantastic!
How much would you say it serves? I'd probably double it, there are 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 4, 2 and 18 months).
