I received this from a friend. I do not like crab (or any seafood for that matter LOL) but my DH does.
Gourmet Quality Crab Cakes
Combine the following:
1 – 16 oz. Can Sigma Brand Lump Crab Meat (or equal) This is found in the refrigerated meat section of the grocery store. 1 pkg. McCormick’s Old Bay Crab Classic Seasoning 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons Spicy Brown Mustard 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
Form into patties and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until brown.
My friends notes: I made five patties approximately 4” in diameter. Next time I make them I will try smaller patties and will flip them after 15 minutes because they did get brown on the bottom. Could make them smaller and serve as appetizers. Would probably need to watch them closely as they bake.
