CRISPY PARMESAN FISH 2-3 servings
1 pound cod fillets 2-1/2 TBS mayonnaise 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1 TBS minced onion 1 ounce parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with nonstick spray. Place fish in a prepared dish. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and onion. Spread mixture over fillets and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until crispy.
