AIOLI FISH BAKE One serving
1 (6 ounce) fish fillet 2 TBS Aioli (recipe follows) 1 TBS fresh grated parmesan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray shallow baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread 1 TBS Aioli over fish. Sprinkle with 1/2 TBS parmesan. Gently turn fish over and spread with remaining Aioli and parmesan. Bake 20 minutes.
AIOLI (GARLICKY MAYONNAISE)
4 cloves garlic, crushed thoroughly 1 egg 1/4 tsp salt 2 TBS lemon juice 1/2-2/3 cup olive oil (I used 1/2)
Put egg, garlic, salt and lemon juice in blender and run for 1 second, then slowly pour in the olive oil in a very thin stream, like when making mayonnaise. Turn blender off when sauce thickens like mayonnaise.
