5 Pounds of beef chuck roast cut into chunks 1 Large onion petite diced worcheshire sauce to taste (I used about 1/4 cup) cumin (I just skaked it a bit) paprika (I just skaked it a bit) garlic powder 1T ? or more salt pinch pepper pinch beef broth (1/2 cup) one pour of your favorite hot sauce (I used a chipolte flavored one)
marinade all ingredients except the beef overnight.
place meat into the crock pour the onion marinade on top
cook on low 9 hours remove when ready and shred (it should just fall apart) place back into the pot and keep on warm while you serve
YUMMMMM the onion marinade was killer
