If this is in the wrong forum, please feel free to move it. I have been making this about ten years and is always a huge hit. I think I got the original from a magazine, but have played with it to make it more mine.
PIZZA MEATLOAF
1 egg 1 lb ground beef 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce , divided( I tend to use pizza sauce for more kick) Approx 2 cups of grated cheddar and Mozzarella together (divided) 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp basil
Lightly grease a 9 inch pie plate, and preheat oven to 425F
In large mixing bowl, slightly beat egg. Crumble in beef, and add bread crumbs, 1/3 cup of sauce, , 1/2 to 1 cup of cheese mixture, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Work mixture until combined. Do not overwork Pat evenly into pie plate bake uncovered in center for 20 minutes. Drain off any juices. Spread remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Continue baking for another 15 minutes. Allow to stand for a few minutes before cutting. Cut into pie wedges and enjoy!

I have never tried that (not sure why) but can't see why not. If you do try it, please let me know how it turned out.
