This is most excellent on ribs, chicken, burgers and even pizza! I usually double it. Chinese Barbeque Sauce 3/4 c. ketchup 3 T. soy sauce 1 T. liquid smoke (I use 2 t.) 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 T. ground ginger (dried) 2 cloves garlic, minced Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
