White Wine Chipotle Dressing Ingredients:
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar 4 tablespoons water 2 small shallots, or 2 tablespoons white onions, diced 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons honey 1 egg yolk ( i never use it) 3 chipotle peppers in adobo 1 cup olive oil (not extra-virgin)
Directions:
Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender and run on high for 1 minute. Slowly pour in olive oil with blender running until texture is smooth and all ingredients are emulsified. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
