SOUR CREAM DILL SAUCE
1 pint sour cream (not lite)
1 TBS dried dill
2 TBS lemon juice
1 medium shallot, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes (I put mine in a grinder)
3 TBS horseradish
Mix all ingredients and serve with meat.
