From my lovely friend Bean who sent me the cookbook "Treasury of Home Baking" 2C blueberries (frozen ok) 1T AP flour 1/2 C Honey 2T fresh lemon juice Cake: 1.5C AP flour 2tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 C honey 2 eggs 1/4 C milk 2T fresh lemon juice 1tsp grated lemon peel 1tsp vanilla extract 6T butter melted place blueberries in a greased 9" round cake pan sprinkle with flour drizzle w/ honey and lemon juice set aside sm bowl- flour baking soda,baking powder,salt Med bowl- honey, eggs,milk,lemon juice, lemon peel,vanilla beat w/ fork until well mixed. add flour mixture slowly.. stir in butter mix well pour batter over the blueberries cover evenly bake 350 30-35mins cool 10mins invert and sprinkle with powered sugar
