Stuffed Pepper Soup
(I find sometimes the soup will get thick as it stands and can sometimes be more like a rice dish - it is still excellent and should be served in big bowls)
2 pounds ground beef 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained 2 cups cooked rice 2 cups chopped green bell pepper 2 beef bouillon cubes 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper
In a large pot, brown beef and drain any grease. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, cover and simmer until piping hot (approximately 30-40 minutes).
